Our experience includes insurance policy benefit analysis & interpretation, medical bill review, hospital bill review, claim adjudication, insurance reviews, insurance claims appeals, and medical bill negotiations and debt reduction settlements. Our “hands on” experience benefits you with savings. We are located in Colorado, but can help with bills from all 50 states.

Holly Knapp, President and Owner of Medical Billing Advocacy of the Rockies has 10 years experience working for a major health insurance carrier. Her health insurance background includes customer service, claims adjudication, marketing, and sales.
Ms. Knapp’s experience as a medical billing advocate includes familiarity with medical billing, coding, policies and procedures, and interfacing with health care providers, insurance companies, third party administrators, clients, and patients. As a member of Medical Billing Advocates of America, she has been trained in the organization's proprietary Medical Billing Advocacy program. She has a Bachelors of Arts in Business Management, and was previously licensed as health, HMO, property and casualty, and life insurance agent. In addition, she has worked as a Manager in Business Operations for a technology company. |
